Rose & Hibiscus Floral Extract is a super concentrated pink syrup and just a few squirts from the bottle will create vibrant pink cocktails which will have the delicious aroma & flavour of Bulgarian Damask Rose. Bulgarian rose oil is THE most expensive ingredient we use here at Wild Hibiscus Distilling Co. This oil is steam distilled from freshly picked Damask roses in Bulgaria and costs US$20,000 per kilogram! We also use the rose oil in our Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Rose Syrup.
A high concentration extract from the most premium hibiscus and Bulgarian Rose flowers. This product is extremely luxurious with a divine aroma of rose essential oils, rounded out by the mixed berry-type taste of hibiscus so doesn't overpower.
We press the frozen hibiscus flowers to extract a concentrated juice which is super dark red and intensely flavoured. Then we have to create a rose syrup by emulsifying a tiny amount of the pure rose oil into the hibiscus concentrate, add some cane sugar and cook gently to create this divine cocktail concentrate.
Use the extract to colour ice, you can even use it to flavour turkish delight, icings for cakes, drizzle over ice cream or deserts and can be used for plating decoration will give off a delicious rose aroma.
