DUE TO COVID PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY. Even Express Post is typically taking a day or so longer. Shipments to NZ are taking 1-2 weeks this year instead of the normal 3-4 days this is purely due to a vastly reduced flight schedule due to lack of international travel.
Orders are normally shipped via Australia Post and tracking & updates will be sent to your email address. Other carriers may be used for international and wholesale orders where required.
Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping destination and are calculated using the Australia Post App when checking out from your shopping cart.
You can check the calculated shiping cost before processing payment.
All packages will be trackable. Tracking numbers are provided in order emails and text message updates where the option is selected by the customer.
Customers may choose standard or express shipping options.
We aim to get your order dispatched and delivered as soon as possible. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you place your order however this may vary slightly in very busy times.
