Orders are shipped via Australia Post and tracking & updates will be sent to your email address & or SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up from us and logged into the Aus Post warehouse in the afternoon. During Oct-Dec Aus Post pick up from us twice per day.
Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping destination and are calculated using the Australia Post App when checking out from your shopping cart. We do not add anything to the cost charged by Australia Post.
You can choose Express Post at checkout if you need it urgently and we will expediate Express orders to dispatch same day.
All packages will be trackable. Tracking numbers are provided in order emails and text message updates where the option is selected.
We aim to get your order dispatched and delivered as soon as possible. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after you place your order however this may vary slightly in very busy times such as the 2 weeks before Christmas.
Delivery time depends on location and other circumstances.
Whilst every effort is made for a smooth delivery, Wild Hibiscus Flower Co. is not responsible for delays out of our control or responsible for shipping timeframes by Australia Post and other shipping agents.

These orders will be given top priority to be processed and dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on location but as a guide will be as per Australia Post express post delivery times for each post code.
Click here for allowable countries and limitations. Currently we only ship to NZ as there are just too many variables for other countries with Alcohol. If we send it as a distillery it will always get inspected. If you send it as a personal gift it might get through without inspection.
