Temple of the Sun
This is one of THE most delicious more-ish cocktails! Lee invented this recipe and it is like bottled sunshine! One will not be enough.
50ml Passionfruit & Snow Chrysanthemum Gin
15ml / ½ oz lemon juice
1 fresh passionfruit pulp
30ml / 1oz coconut water
20ml / 2/3 oz simple syrup
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into wine glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with sprig of mint.
The Snow Chrysanthemum flowers for this gin are grown in the Kunlun mountain rang in Tibet. They grow above 3,000m and burst out of the melting snow in Spring. They are hand picked and dried carefully then sent to us in Sydney to make this gin.
