A super tasty & tart jam made from our wild hibiscus flowers. This jam can be used to make our Gin & Jam cocktail featured on the Wild Hibiscus Flower & Ginger Gin label.
Rosella jam is lovingly made by hand in our factory next to the distillery. It is a chunky jam with a whopping 60% Hibiscus Flower content. Brilliant crimson in colour and with a raspberry and rhubarb flavour it is our most popular jam.
Rosella jam is a Queensland tradition which has been made for generations and sold through markets and roadside stalls. These days it is very hard to get especially with such a high hibiscus flower content.
For the Gin & Jam cocktail:
60ml Hibiscus & Ginger Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons rosella jam
Lots of ice
Fresh berries to garnish
Add all ingredients apart from fresh berries to a cocktail shaker and SHAKE LIKE HELL! Strain into a short glass, garnish with fresh berries & enjoy!
