Rise n' Shine Hibiscus Ginger Gin Cocktail
This Cocktail is the perfect way to start any celebration! Featuring our Wild Hibiscus Flower & Ginger Gin from the big bottle or the 50ml wild hibiscus gingle bells gin bauble.
Rise n' Shine
50ml Wild Hibiscus & Ginger Gin
15ml / ½ oz lemon juice
30ml / 1oz chilled pineapple juice
7.5ml / ¼ oz simple syrup
Bottle of Italian Prosecco (or Australian :)
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain evenly into two champagne glasses. Top up glasses to ¾ full with sparkling Italian Prosecco. Garnish with lemon rind.
