Prim & Pepper G&T

This cocktail is very savoury with the rosemary extract ingredient in the Dirty Tonic. The pepperberry in the gin combines beautifully to add an additional savoury element and hot aromatic kick at the end of each sip.

RECIPE

• Fill a glass with ice.
• Pour in one Gingle Bells Bauble (50ml) Pepperberry Gin – including the pepperberries). Or a 50ml pour from the 750ml bottle of Pepperberry Gin.
• Top with Strange Love Dirty Tonic water.
• Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a large blackberry on a cocktail pick.
